Sat here drinking my green tea I decided to back through my Archive. I found a photo in my reallly old workout trainers from January 2012. The one on the right is March 2013 (now) and I’ve had almost 5 months off exercising due to illness.
It really is important that you don’t give up, no matter how much you struggle or believe that what you are doing is not working. IT IS. Everyone around me, especially here, seems to lose weight gradually. I don’t… I’ll go a month or more and then just drop 3-5lbs… It’s not easy and it can be completely discouraging but you must know EVERY extra pushup, every time you pick fruit over chocolate and every time you boil an egg you are that little bit closer.
I used to get sick of seeing ‘It isn’t easy but it’s worth it!!!’ Thinking, ‘jeez… SHUTUP you are okay to talk cause you’re not 200lbs like me, waa’. Now look where I am.. Below 150lbs and keeping positive even though I can’t exercise right now and it kills me. If you were gonna give up today or you gave up yesterday then let this be your message to aid you in your struggle to get back up.. because you ARE strong and you ARE worth it.
